資源就是一個與更有安全感、幸福聯繫在一起的事件、人物、地點、物體或活動,真實或是想像的都可以。
找資源是指心中清楚地想起一個資源,藉此使身體感覺到更大的幸福感。
找資源應該要和追蹤、察覺身體覺知相結合。
A resource is an event, person, place, object, or activity - real or imagined - that one associates with greater safety, happiness, or well-being.
Resourcing is the act of bringing a resource to mind vividly so that the body responds with a greater sense of well-being.
Resourcing should be combined with the tracking of sensations in the body.
One-minute resourcing.
Think of an internal, external, or imagined resource that makes you feel better, safer, or greater well-being.
Bring it to mind vividly, with specific sensations if possible.
Notice what you feel on the inside.
If you feel a pleasant or neutral sensation in your body, you can pay attention to that part of your body or sensation for a few moments.
