慈悲反思練習

當你把身心都靜下來並且去觀察的時候,你有感受到什麼嗎?

 

慈悲是基於天生關注他人的幸福及體貼和關愛希望減輕或防止他人痛苦的一種情感。

慈悲是一種恆久不停歇的能力,意指透過仁慈、同理心對自他幸福和痛苦的關心,培養一種將自己、他人和整個人類視為一體的方式。

 

 

Compassion is an emotion involving the wish to relieve or prevent the suffering of another out of a genuine concern for their well-being and a sense of tenderness and care for them.

 

Compassion as an enduring capability refers to cultivating a way of relating to oneself, others, and humanity as a whole through kindness, empathy, and a concern for one’s own and others’ happiness and suffering.

 

 

一分鐘慈悲


調整您的姿勢在一個最舒適的位置,並花一些時間接地(安住當下)覺察你的身體被支撐的狀態,或是找資源,試著想起讓您感覺更好或更安全的事物。

現在請想一位您想送出關愛與慈悲的對象(你可以想像他正坐、或站在您面前)。 花點時間,想想他們也都是跟您一樣,是想要幸福,不想痛苦、不想吃苦頭的人。

想一想,確認一下,他們其實也正在經歷,或者已經經歷、或者未來也會經歷困難。

現在,請用您覺得最好的方式,把你的關愛和慈悲送給他們。

如果您願意,您可以具體化的方式表達,例如:送給他們一道溫暖、療癒的光,這道光從您的心中散發出來,並逐漸使他們的整個身體充滿幸福感。

如果您願意,您可以對他們說:「希望您幸福快樂,遠離一切痛苦」。

注意您內在的感覺。

 

 

 

 

Compassion Reflective Practice


One-minute compassion.

Adjust your posture to one that is most comfortable and take a moment to ground, becoming aware of the way your body is supported or to resource, bringing something to mind that makes you feel better or safer.

Now, bring to mind a person to whom you’d like to send love and compassion.

Visualize them sitting or standing before you, if this is helpful.

Take a moment to recognize them as a human being, just like yourself, who wants happiness and doesn’t want distress or unwanted hardship.

Take a moment to recognize whatever hardships they are going through, have been through, or will go through in the future.

Now, send them your love and compassion in whatever way feels best to you.

If you like, you can visualize something that represents this, like sending them a warm, healing light that emanates from your heart and gradually fills their entire body with wellbeing.

If you like, you can also imagine saying to them, “I wish you happiness and freedom from all suffering.”

Notice what you feel on the inside.
